We charge a flat fee that includes nearly everything: messaging, visits, planning, and follow-up.

We offer a discounted rate of $195/month for people working in:

  • Hospitality (restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, grocers, butchers)

  • Healthcare (nurses, therapists, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, front-line workers)

  • First responders (police, fire, paramedics)

  • Fitness professionals (personal trainers, coaches, gym staff)

Just let us know — no paperwork needed. If you take care of others, we want to take care of you.


🔄 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime — no awkward “billing windows.”
If you cancel mid-month or mid-quarter, we refund the unused portion of your plan.

✅ What’s included:

  • Unlimited messaging directly with Dr. Ash

  • Same-day or next-day visits (text, call, video, or home visit)

  • Home or worksite visits when clinically appropriate

  • Annual wellness planning with deep dive labs and goal setting

  • Advanced lab interpretation (including metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, genetic, and inflammation markers)

  • Medication review + deprescribing support

  • Lifestyle, supplement, and prevention coaching

  • Specialist coordination (referrals, follow-up, and integration of outside care)


🧬 What’s not included:

  • Labs and imaging — usually covered by insurance or available at cash pay rates

  • Prescriptions — billed through your pharmacy and insurance

  • Specialist visits or procedures — we refer and help coordinate

  • Precision genetics — available with separate lab fee (usually ~$99)

    • Most genetic tests (including raw DNA interpretation or deep panels) are not covered by insurance

    • We’ll walk you through cost and value before ordering anything
